Wow, I JUST learned about these the other day from Jayne, they are fascinating! It's amazing how the use has changed over time. It's also scary, but I am thinking of them the way I think of gun, scary and dangerous, but in awe of the power. If I didn't I'd become paranoid and that's not fun!
I was reading through some and it's interesting to see the Presidents change the ones from those before them, like Reagan did one that said no federal money could go to any place that did abortions and then Clinton came out with one that took it back! I can't wait to read through more of them and see how many times this happens. Anyhow, just thought I'd share my amazement at this with you all. Look it up, it's neat. :)
